264 New COVID Cases Registered in Arunachal

Arunachal Pradesh's COVID-19 count rose to 21,373 as 264 additional individuals tried positive for the infection, while five new fatalities pushed the Covid loss of life to 77, a senior wellbeing office official said here on Saturday. 


A COVID-19 positive six-year-old kid passed on at Rama Krishna Mission Hospital here on Friday because of intense respiratory trouble condition, while a 45-year-old died at the Dedicated Covid Hospital (DCH) at Chimpu because of Covid pneumonia and diabetes mellitus type-II, State Surveillance Office (SSO) Dr Lobsang Jampa said. 


A 49-year-elderly person from Tawang passed on Friday at the Dedicate Covid Health Center (DCHC) in the area, because of intense respiratory misery condition, an additional 52-year-elderly person from Basar in Leparada locale, died at DCH Pasighat in the East Siang region on Friday because of Covid pneumonia, he said.

A 64-year-elderly person from the Lower Dibang Valley locale kicked the bucket at Assam Medical College Hospital (AMCH) in Assam's Dibrugarh region on May 13. He was experiencing intense kidney injury and dyselectrolytemia, the SSO said. 


The Capital Complex locale recorded the greatest number of new cases at 85, trailed by Changlang (37), Lower Dibang Valley (26), Dibang Valley (23), Namsai (19) Lohit (16) and Lower Subansiri at 15.
