3 Captured for Holding Rs 50 Lakhs Cash by Assam Police

Disregarding the Model Code of Conduct, the Gorchuk Police on Wednesday held onto a sum of Rs 45,68,600 from three people. The set of accepted rules banishes an individual from conveying more than Rs 50,000. 

 

Identity of Captured:

 

The police said that Rs 8,45,000 was seized from Satyajit Brahma, an inhabitant of Simaluguri Village in the Lakhimpur area. Rs 16,25,000 was seized from someone else – Bhupen Kr. Barman (42), an inhabitant of Nalbari locale. The third capture of Rs 20,98,600 was produced using Mukul Pathak (45), an inhabitant of Gorchuk. 

 

Essential activity according to ECI (Election Commission of India) rules has been started. In the meantime, Jalukbari Police held onto Rs 4 lakh from one Pebam Bikananda Singh at Saraighat. Singh is an inhabitant of Imphal.
