Mizoram's COVID-19 count rose to 4,655 on Tuesday as 36 additional individuals tried positive for the contamination, a wellbeing official said.
32 new cases were accounted for in the Aizawl locale, three in Lawngtlai and one in Champhai, he said.
Sixteen of the new patients had gotten back from different states, while two had come from Myanmar, the authority said.
Mizoram presently has 175 dynamic cases, while 4,468 individuals have recuperated from the illness and 12 patients have surrendered to the contamination to date, he said.
The state has hitherto tried over 2.64 lakh tests for COVID-19, including 1,660 for Monday, the authority said.
Upwards of 78,047 individuals, including 22,531 senior residents, have been inoculated up until this point, State Immunization Officer Dr Lalzawmi said.
