Rangsapara (Cleanest village of Assam) 121 km from Guwahati



Rangsapara is the cleanest village of Assam located in the Goalpara district, around 16 kilometres from Agia or Goalpara town. This location is so lovely and welcoming that it attracts a large number of people right away. Many visitors travel from all over the world to see the beautiful town.


The lonely Tree, Panikhaiti



The Lonely Tree is a location named after a single tree that rises tall amid the Brahmaputra river in Panikhaiti. During the summer, the tree is partly buried in the river. During the winter, though, the water level drops, allowing the tree and its surroundings to emerge. It's the ideal spot for a weekend getaway with friends or family. The river air is enough to lift one's spirits and calm one's soul.


Vogoboti Hill, Chandrapur



Chandrapur is home to one of the most picturesque hilltops in the state, located 21 kilometres from Guwahati. To get there, one may either drive or take a bus. The vista is breathtaking, flanked on one side by hills and on the other by the powerful Brahmaputra.

A nice place for a picnic with family and friends. They charge a fee for the picnic area, which includes shade and a trash can. A beautiful spot for taking photographs and watching the sunset over the Brahmaputra River.

 If you're looking for some adventure, take a trek up this hill. This trek will take you to a vantage point where you will be rewarded with a panoramic view of the entire mighty Brahmaputra far out in the distance. It is a haven for huge amounts of vegetation, which cover the entire area.
