Army in Sikkim saved a village from fire

Armed deflected a significant catastrophe in the far off town of Yak La in East Sikkim area the evening of November 27 when they turned firemen and soaked a tremendous fire in the dead of the night. 


After the fire broke out at Yak La around 1:00 am, the Army Camp at Yak La was alarmed, and promptly, the soldiers of the Trishakti Corps raced to the site of the occurrence. As indicated by reports, the opportune reaction by the putting out fires gathering of nearby Army troopers helped in the control of the spread of fire.

"The soldiers without thinking about their own wellbeing immediately shaped a human chain from the water highlight the occurrence site, a water bowser was quickly squeezed energetically alongside other firefighting gear and sand. The fire was contained and not permitted to spread to neighbouring houses," expressed an Army official. 


"Disregarding severe climate, the military fighters in the best customs of the Indian Army worked tenaciously to spare living souls and material, and the furious fire was managed by around 3:30 am," the authority added. (Offices)
