The Kothanodi actor will star in a film that will premiere on the Zee5 original platform on August 6.
Sony Pictures Films India, Siddharth P. Malhotra, and Sapna Malhotra are producing Dial 100, an upcoming Indian Hindi-language thriller drama film directed by Rensil D'Silva and produced by Sony Pictures Films India, Siddharth P. Malhotra, and Sapna Malhotra. Neena Gupta and Sakshi Tanwar play key roles in the film. The film will premiere on ZEE5 on August 6th.
Urmila Mahanta, who plays the role of a police officer in the film, also shared the trailer of the film on Instagram.
She shared the news on Twitter, along with the film's motion poster.

The film is billed as a suspense thriller set at a Mumbai Police Call Center on a single night when an emergency call affects everyone's life.
Mahanta is from the Assamese town of Sonapur. She completed her education in Sonapur and went on to Dimoria College in Khetri, Kamrup. Mahanta grew up in Mumbai and went on to study film and television at the Film and Television Institute of India in Pune.
She had been performing in plays since she was a child and had won numerous prizes.
Mahanta worked in a variety of languages, including Assamese, Hindi, Bengali, Malayalam, and Tamil, in plays, short films, television series, and movies.
