CM of Meghalaya Tested Positive for Covid-19

Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma said today that he has tested positive for COVID-19, and asked individuals who came in contact with him as of late to get themselves tried, if vital. 


Biography of Conrad Sangma:

Conrad Kongkal Sangma is an Indian politician who is the twelfth and current Chief Minister of the State of Meghalaya. He aSSUMED the administration of the National People's Party in 2016 after the passing of his dad and previous Chief Minister P. A. Sangma. He was likewise the Member of Parliament from Tura.

Taking to Twitter, the Chief Minister said he is in-home isolation. 
"I have tried positive for #Covid_19. I am under home confinement and encountering gentle side effects. I demand every one of the individuals who interacted with me in the previous 5 days to compassionately keep a watch on their wellbeing and if important get tested. Remain safe," he tweeted. 


Two of Sangma's bureau associates - Health Minister AL Hek and Urban Affairs Minister Sniawbhalang Dhar - were determined to have the contamination in October. The two of them have recuperated. 


Covid-19 Summary in Meghalaya:
Meghalaya has enlisted 12,586 COVID-19 patients up until now, of which 123 have capitulated to the contamination.
