COVID Cases Increased Around 17000 in Arunachal Pradesh

With three additional people testing positive for COVID-19 in Arunachal Pradesh during the most recent 24 hours, the State's count rose to 16,878. The new cases were distinguished from Lower Dibang Valley, Changlang and the Capital Complex locale. Of the new cases, two are symptomatic and recognized through RT-PCR and Rapid Antigen Tests. In the interim, one more individual recovered from the sickness on Saturday taking the complete number of recuperations to 16,790, said State Surveillance Officer DrJampa here on Sunday. 

 

Presently, the State has 32 dynamic cases, while 56 individuals died because of the disease up until now. The recuperation and inspiration rates remain at 99.48 per cent and 0.19 per cent separately. Lower Dibang Valley area has the most elevated number of dynamic cases with 13, trailed by Leparada and Namsai with three each, Changlang, Upper Subansiri and Tirap with two cases each and Lohit and West Kameng regions with one case each. 

 

The Capital Complex Region - including Itanagar, Naharlagun, Nirjuli and Banderdewa zones - has five dynamic cases. Out and out, 4,16,897 samples have been tried up until now, including 320 for Saturday, added DrJampa. Then again, more than one lakh people have been vaccinated across the State so far since the inoculation drive started in January this year, said State Immunization Officer Dr Dimong Padung.
