KNPTR officials said that the park renowned for its one-horned rhinoceroses and tigers would be officially resumed at 11 am on Wednesday by Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal at an event.
Every one of the five national parks and 18 wildlife sanctuaries in Assam, including KNPTR, which as a rule stays shut for around five months yearly because of floods, were shut in March following the Covid-19 flare-up.
All vacationers should experience a screening cycle and anybody distinguished with Covid-19-related manifestations, for example, high fever, cough, and could well be isolated and given over to local health specialists.
The elephant safaris won't be permitted to work during the first few days of the park’s reopening and may resume from November.
