Sikkim to Get Over 12000 Doses of COVID-19 Vaccine

Chief Secretary SC Gupta, on Tuesday, said that Sikkim would receive 12,500 COVID-19 vaccines within the first phase of the vaccination drive.

 

First Phase:

 

The first phase of the vaccination drive will begin from January 16. A total of 9,414 state doctors, 148 central doctors and 5,511 frontline workers were registered.

 

Vaccination Centres:

 

The government has found out two vaccination centres including the new Sir Thutob Namgyal Memorial (STNM) Hospital in East district and therefore the district hospital in West Sikkim, he said.
