Seven days after his release from a hospital post-COVID-19 recuperation, previous Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi has been admitted to a state-run office again and put on ventilator uphold as his ailment has decayed, a specialist treating him said on Monday.
The 86-year-old Congress government official grumbled of fretfulness on Sunday night, following which he was taken to the emergency unit of Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), administrator of the wellbeing office Abhijit Sarma told correspondents here.
Inquired as to whether the veteran Congress government official will be moved to an office outside the state for treatment, the senior specialist stated, "His ailment is not kidding yet is dealt with. The circumstance doesn't request starting at now to move him outside Assam."
