Jonathan Rosen Longkumer, a 34-year-old cricket captain from Nagaland, has endorsed to play for the Morecambe Cricket Club (MCC) in the United Kingdom for the 2021 season.
Longkumer is relied upon to leave Nagaland one week from now in the wake of finishing his visa to join his new club.
Morecambe Cricket Club's true site affirmed that Longkumer would join MCC as a swap for Mitchel Van Buuren.
Longkumer, an accomplished batsman, right now plays for Nagaland in the Ranji Trophy.
Longkumer's presentation was seen by the club following a fruitful season this year.
The Nagaland captain will play brisk, quick bowling where the ball will swing a great deal as it generally does in England and "expectations that it will assist me with building up my abilities to counter quick bowlers better than anyone might have expected."
Longkumer initially hails from Akhoya village under the Mokokchung locale. He made his top of the line debut for Railways in the 2013-14 Ranji Trophy on December 6, 2013.
He is an all-rounder, a middle-order right-hand batsman and a right-arm medium-pacer.
