Workshop Organized in Tripura to Promote Bamboo Usage for Industrial Purposes

To advance and advocate bamboo for industrial and homegrown application, a workshop was coordinated at Pragna Bhavan in Agartala on March 1. The workshop was coordinated by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research-Advanced Materials and Process Research Institute CSIR-AMPRI, Bhopal, and Tripura State Council for Science and Technology coordinated the workshop. 

 

Deputy CM of Tripura Jishnu Dev Varma introduced the workshop by lighting the light in presence of different dignitaries. During the workshop, researchers and specialists interfaced with bamboo cultivators and makers other than different business people. Exhibitions were given on reasonable use of bamboo through the mix of the climate, society, and economy.
